Term of Trade
Procedure
All order must be written. The most efficient ordering system is by email to pennybali@yahoo.com. Just simply send the item list by our code and put the quantity of each and for price you can contact us for detail we accept your design and size. We will send you a proforma invoice include the shipping cost (note: price on item is FOB price base on Bali port). All orders are immediately confirm upon receipt.
Payment
Our prices are on USD. We accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank account. Please, ask Full Amount money transfer to your bank when you make a TT to us. We request an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the proforma invoice prior to running of the order (please send the copy of TT by fax or email), and balance payment must be transferred when the order ready to ship (confirm by shipping document). Rule of order
If you interest my product you can choice a code and item you want order and send by E mail or phone we can give information for another product you can chek in a new models, we will send your request my new product from there
Time Production
The time production we can finish 1 month for 14 feet of container.
Custom Orders
We accept the order by your own design if you interested to develop a new product. Special request of the color, size or just adaptation of an existing one are welcome.
Shipping
We arrange for air shipment cargo, LCL (Less than Container Load/sea freight cargo), even of the courier with door to door service through UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL and EMS as requested. We have shipment advice for every order.
